DMCA Policy for Breakfast Burrito Recipe

This Digital Millennium Copyright Act ("DMCA") Policy outlines the procedures for copyright holders to request removal of infringing content from this website, "Breakfast Burrito Recipe", and for users to submit counter-notifications if they believe their content was removed in error.   6. A statement that the information in the notification is accurate, and under penalty of perjury, that the complaining party is authorized to act on behalf of the owner of an exclusive right that is allegedly infringed.

DMCA Counter-Notification Process

If you believe that material you posted on the "Breakfast Burrito Recipe" website was removed or access to it was disabled by mistake or misidentification, you may file a counter-notification with our Copyright Agent.
